Bunion

Updated: Jun 12, 2019

Acupuncture can be a great way to help bunion pain. Bunion pain is due to mainly, the blockage of three combined pathways (, which are the pathways where Qi moves). Those bunion particular pathways are called Liver pathways, Spleen pathways and Kidney pathways on your foot! Acupuncturists diagnose fully your foot then decide which acupuncture points to use to ease and release the pain. The most common acupuncture bunion points are kidney 1 (which is located on the bottom of your foot) to strengthen/balance the whole foot, spleen 2 or 3 (which are located on the bone of big toe) to release pain, and stmach41 (which is located on the top of ankle) to support the foot and whole treatment.
