Great way to find your balance in health is by looking into what you have everyday. Today's recipe is based on Chinese Herbas. The dish is well-known as South Korean dish called SamKyeTang. Basically it is sautéed chincken in a thinkened base soup of bunch of good Chinese herbs! Many has different ingredients for their special cooking secrets, but the basic is here. It helps to generate fluid, spleen tonic and boost immune for the season!
1 whole chiken about middle size
1 garlic clove (whole)
1 spoonful of salt
1 small spoon of pepper
1 handfull of Huang Qi (Astragalus)
1 handfull of Da Zao (Dates)
